The houses listed on this site are all fully authorized by Cuban Ministry of Tourism; you can use the address on your entry visa-form.

3) We'll send you an eMail about availability of the house; if not free for the period you chose, we'll send you an alternative option with same standard and in the same zone;

4) If you like our offer, just send us your confirmation; we'll send you a booking confirmations and instruction on how to pay your deposit. House details will be sent to you as soon as the payment is received.

The amount to pay as deposit is the rate for 1 night at the house you chose; you have the right to claim back 100% of the amunt you paid for cancellations up to 7 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations up to 3 days before your arrival we'll return back 50% of the paid amounnt. After the 3rd day prior to your arrival, CubaDream.com will retain the full amount of your pre-payment. You will pay fully the amount of your stay directly in Cuba, at the house owner, only cash and in local currency (CUC - Pesos Cubanos Convertibles).

Welcome service
If you wish, a member of our staff will be waiting for you at Habana airport, to take you, by taxi, at the house you booked. The price for the service (inclusive of the taxi fare) is between 20 and 30 CUC, depending on the distance from the airport of the house you booked, the number of people and the time of your arrival.

Car rental
If you'd like to drive, ther are several state-run car-rental companies. The cars are usually Japanese or French (Toyota, Peugeot, etc.) and have already gone for lots of kilometrs (compared to european standards), but are usually in fair conditions.

Renting rules are a bit different from Europe: the full amount of your rental must be paid in advance; in case you come back earlier, the correspondent amount will be credited back to your credit card. The car is given with fuel tank and must be returned empty, so everything's left in the fuel tank is a present to the rental company.
