CaseCuba.com is a non-profit organization, wishing to promote some Casas particulares authorised by the cuban state. We're a group of italian and cuban friends with a passion for the Isla Grande and for the net. We're promoting our cuban friends' houses, so that you and any Cuba lover can enjoy the island in the best way possible. We're not a travel agency and no other services are provided, apart from those services provided directly by the house owners.

  
     
 

We offer the possibility to book one or more Casa Particular, one of the first forms of private economy in Cuba; you can stay in a real Casa, sharing some moments of the life of the family, or enjoying all the privacu you mey need at one of our indipendedent houses. All the houses listed on the site are legally authorised by the Cuban Ministry of Tourism, through a regular "Licencia de Arrendedador", like the one shown in the picture.

  
 
 
   
     
 

 
Casas Particulares are the first forms of private management of the tourism business in Cuba, similar to Bed & Breakfast; but breakfast is not included, apart from few cases, as shown on the house list. Owners pay high rate taxes, regardless if the room is occupied by the tourist or not, so if you book a casa through us and you cancel your travel or change destination, please email-us.
